The ACE group was co-founded by Vikram Sanghani and Sanjay Dhamsania in 1987. Amongst the early pioneers, they obtained the first outsourcing contract from Apex Data Services Inc. (Apex) of Virginia back in 1992. The relationship with Apex grew in strength over the years. Equity participation, 100% buyback of production and management systems were provided by Apex. In 2006, this relationship saw the ACE group deploy over 1,300 professionals for Apex in facilities located in Rajkot and Chennai. In a recent strategic move, Apex has acquired the Chennai facility from the ACE group to consolidate their business operations. The ACE group remains indebted to Dr. Shashikant Gupta and Ms. Margaret Boryczka of Apex for their pioneering efforts in sending out work to India and in developing an outsourcing ethic without parallel. Apex remains a dominant force in the e-publishing domain and is an acknowledged industry leader. After the strategic acquisition by Apex, the ACE group now operates out of Rajkot and brings to the table 15 years of leadership expertise in the e-Publishing field:

Vikram Sanghani
Mr. Sanghani has been leading the ACE group since 1992 and was the Managing Director of several of Apex's Indian facilities, with responsibility for 1,800 staff. Prior to working closely with Apex, Mr. Sanghani worked at ICICI Ltd, where he was part of the Resources team. At ICICI, he dealt with Chase Manhattan, S G Warburg, and Bank of Tokyo, among many other leading international banks. Mr. Sanghani has spearheaded Ace's Indian operations, nurturing them from inception to the efficient and profitable businesses that they are today. He is also actively engaged in social and charitable activities and has executed exceptionally large projects, including a dam that provides clean water to 100,000 disadvantaged people. Mr. Sanghani has an MBA from the Bajaj Institute of Mumbai.

Sanjay Dhamsania
Sanjay Dhamsania has been leading the ACE group since 1992. Mr. Dhamsania played a key role in setting up a production facility at Rajkot, India that currently employs more than 450 people. He manages the Rajkot facility, and has one of the most experienced and talented pools of people in the organization. Additionally, he was instrumental in formulating Apex’s key production system and processes, which later became part of the foundation of the conversion process. Mr. Dhamsania holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the US. Before returning to India, he worked in the US for two years in a Washington D.C firm. Because of his US experience, he has been able to integrate the requirements of US clients with local talent, to consistently meet quality and delivery standards.
